Added signals STATUS_CCAN13::PressureValue_LHF_Tyre, STATUS_CCAN13::PressureValue_LHR_Tyre, STATUS_CCAN13::PressureValue_RHF_Tyre, STATUS_CCAN13::PressureValue_RHR_Tyre, STATUS_CCAN13::InflationState_LHF_Tyre1, STATUS_CCAN13::InflationState_LHR_Tyre1, STATUS_CCAN13::InflationState_RHF_Tyre1, and STATUS_CCAN13::InflationState_RHR_Tyre1 for the Maserati M240 My Car app.
