FCA Car Service 2.2 Release Notes, MY22 DCR 16562-16563

Introduction

This release contains Vehicle Interface and Application Framework Changes to support MY22 Features. The release includes CAN data API added to support estimated range in M182/9 (ICE & BEV), E.M.E. power (KW), E.M.V. power (KW) and Battery power (KW) for ECO Coaching, posted speed limit for Drive Alerts, Service Roof Cover (Tonneau) for M240, Power Flows indications without the kW consumption for the Maserati MHEV.

Added missing signals for Maserati M240 Vehicle Info, BEV, Performance Pages, and Drive Modes, proxy eCall_Button_config for SOS configurations, and "2+2 scheduling" for 332BEV and MASAH.

There is also a new API to allow 2nd party apps to share event information with the firmware, Transfer Function Mapping corrections, and manifest entry definitions to allow a “not” character, 2^nd Party Apps as Pre-populated App Drawer Favorites, and new manifest entry to support 2nd party apps sharing event information with the firmware.

Transfer Function, Tfx Updates

Tfx corrections made in MY21 that were identified in Jira SRXX-4840 Transfer Function Mapping Mismatches. The updates corrects the message names that were mapped to the TBM messages and not the ETM/LTM messages.
Transfer functions were also added for all of the signals listed in the manager API below.

New manager added to define firmware Broadcast Intents for events defined by FCA. To provide an interface to an event data store for the current profile.

IRSEManager

Added settings retrieval for Rear Seat Screen Permissions -> Navigation [ON/OFF] setting and the Passenger Screen Permissions -> Uconnect Theater [ON/OFF] setting.

IEVManager
